All that is needed is the amount of the initial payment which can be as low as 1 month payment.
Is there a credit check?
There is no credit check on a rent to own.
When is my first payment due?
Your first payment is due roughly 30 days after delivery.
How do I make payments?
You can pay via autopay, mail a check, pay by phone or make payments online. You will receive an invoice roughly 2 weeks before every due date.
Is there an early payoff penalty?
There is no early payoff penalty. Your payoff amount will be on every invoice.
What is the interest rate?
There is no interest rate on a rent to own contract. This is a month to month rent to own contract.
How many months is my contract?
You can choose from a 24, 36, 48 or 54 month contract to fit your budget.
What is RTO Management's Refund/Cancellation Policy?
Please be advised that there is a cancellation fee of $85.
